After CNC machine tools and robots arrive in the company, process personnel rarely participate in learning and management. In the future, the programming of Sany's CNC machine tools and robots should be completed by our own process personnel, and the software used by process personnel in their work is the software of CNC machine tools and robots. Yi Xiaogang emphasized.

Build the core capabilities of intelligent manufacturing

Liang Wengen, chairman of Sany Group, has also emphasized many times that "the key to making good use of robots is to fill the gap between physical technology and digital technology as soon as possible", and "to build robot programming capabilities as the core competence of the company's intelligent manufacturing to achieve dance with robots".

In October last year, Sany invested more than 20 million yuan and established a robot programming training base of Sany Institute of Technology from scratch in one month, and 1,163 technicians have participated in the training here.

This skill competition is the first comprehensive test of Sany on the robot programming ability of process personnel, and it is also the first large-scale robot programming skills competition held by an enterprise in the industry.

According to reports, the competition has set up a total of offline programming, spraying, bevel cutting, group welding 4 major projects, the test questions come from the "lighthouse factory" practical application scenarios, its completion time, beat, programming specifications, effects, etc. are the assessment content, comprehensive, practical.

The competition consists of two stages: preliminaries and finals, and will finally determine 3 winning teams and 24 winning individuals, who will share more than 100 yuan in cash and stocks, of which the highest individual reward will exceed 100,000 yuan.
