Crossing the ruins of the Great Wall of Qi, the Sino-Russian East Route Natural Gas Pipeline Project challenges the most in China

Recently, the sixth section of the Sino-Russian East Line (Anping-Tai'an Section) natural gas pipeline crossing the site of the Great Wall of Qi was officially postponed in Feicheng County, Tai'an City. At present, the diameter of the drag back pipe and the hardness of the crossing terrain are the highest in China.

The project of crossing the site of the Great Wall of Qi is a key project of the Sino-Russian Eastern Route (Anping-Tai'an section). Due to the complex topography of the crossing plant area, most of which are granite hard rock formations, in order to better protect the cultural relics of the Great Wall of Qi, the pipeline is crossed by directional drilling.

The height of the towing site is undulating and the height difference is large, and it does not have the conditions for excavating the sending ditch.craneCooperate to prevent pipeline friction, which puts forward higher requirements for the drag back mode and lifting equipment.

"Years later, our project department began to find different brands and different models of crane equipment in the local area to carry out lifting experiments, requiring very stable slewing performance, after comparison, we finally selected four 80-100 tons of Sany cranes to participate in the pipeline towing construction." Manager Dong of the Liaohe Oil Construction Project Department said.

At 1 p.m. on February 13, according to the actual terrain of the site, the crane equipment was arranged to enter the site. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon, all crane equipment completed the adjustment of the lifting load magnification angle and began to test the lifting.

Manager Dong said: "The total weight of the steel pipe of the towing pipeline is about 680 tons, the total length of the pipeline is 721m, the occupancy of each crane equipment is different, the lifting weight ranges from 30 to 45 tons, and the crane equipment needs to lift the pipeline for swing arm movement during the lifting process, and a rotary movement of 9.6 meters. ”

"Sany crane in the second half of the pipeline for lifting, four Sany cranes with high efficiency and fast, about 6-8 minutes to lift and move once, nearly twice faster than the original lifting speed. The construction of crane lifting and towing was completed within 2 days. ”

At the position of towing 300 meters, the Sany crane can leave the scene, and the whole process will be towed by the pipelayer in the later stage.

The directional drilling crossing project was successfully dragged back, creating favorable conditions for the smooth breakthrough of the whole line of the Sino-Russian East Line Project (Anping-Tai'an) section, and adding new achievements to the "engineering construction battle" of the National Pipeline Network Group.
