One afternoon, the equipment operator of Shandong Zhonglian Hengxin Company sent a message: the company's SR280 equipment was faulty, and it was suspected that the mast cylinder was broken, resulting in the overall tilt of the mast. The on-site management also called, making it clear that this is the last pile of the year, and the last 3 meters are still left to be completed. After the completion and acceptance, Party A will pay the project payment. If the equipment fails to be completed within the time specified by Party A, it may affect the settlement of the project payment for the whole year. The company's leaders attach great importance to it and instruct that the equipment must be repaired as soon as possible under the premise of ensuring safety. The situation is very urgent, there is no delay, Shandong service engineer Sun Guohua received the order information and understood the situation, quickly brought all the maintenance tools to the construction site.
After Sun Guohua arrived at the construction site, he immediately inspected the faulty equipment and found that the piston rod pin of the right mast cylinder was broken, causing the entire mast to tilt, and the angle of inclination was still increasing. After two days of communication and follow-up, the cylinder was successfully replaced, and the equipment resumed normal construction. It ensures that the customer completes the construction within the time agreed in the contract and settles the project payment with Party A.
