The total length of the Tuojiang Bridge is 963 meters, the main bridge is 513 meters, and the widest point is 86.7 meters. The main bridge adopts the form of a single-tower double-cable-stayed bridge structure, with a total height of about 173 meters, and is a semi-enclosed steel box girder structure. When construction is complete, it will be the widest bridge in the world, large enough to accommodate a full-size football field.
At the same time, this super building with an investment of 10 billion yuan will also set the world's highest inclined pylon, the largest span asymmetrical curved single-tower twisted cable-stayed bridge and the world record for the largest amount of steel per linear meter.

The installation of steel structure is known as the most difficult "hard bone" in the whole line. The main body of the bridge uses 44,000 tons of steel, and the average steel consumption of 1 meter length is 78.45 tons, which is equivalent to the weight of 2.6 subway cars. In addition, in the construction process, the hoisting operation is also faced with four major difficulties: the weight of the steel structure, the long operating distance, the complex structural form and the limitation of construction conditions. In such a special construction environment, the lifting equipment has a very obvious impact on the success or failure of the project, and a reliable 'partner' can make the project twice the result with half the effort. The Tuojiang Bridge is expected to complete the construction of the main pier cap by the end of April, realize the water flow of the main bridge tower column by the end of May, enter the bridge deck construction stage at the end of the year, and have the conditions for opening to traffic in August 2023.
As a major and difficult project of the Jin Jianren Expressway, the Tuojiang Bridge will become another beautiful business card leading to Tianfu Airport after its completion, and it also means the official breakthrough of the Jin Jianren Expressway.
