Recently, Sany Group Co., Ltd. organized the "Sany Yundu Industrial Park (Phase II) Building 7# SPCS System Application Technology Demonstration Meeting", which has always been the focus of the industry as the first SPCS structural framework core tube structure landing project in China.

Five experts from Guangdong Province were invited to conduct a special review of the application of SPCS system in Building 7# of Sany Yundu Industrial Park (Phase II), and the meeting was led by Professor Wei Lian, chief engineer of Shenzhen Lipeng Engineering Structure Technology Co., Ltd.

 It is understood that the project is located in Guanlan High-tech Industrial Park, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, with a construction area of about 333,000 square meters in the second phase, consisting of plots 01 and 02, and an above-ground construction area of 244,000 square meters. The 7# building in this review is used for R&D office, with a total of 21 floors, a structural height of 98.55 meters, a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees (0.1g), and a seismic grade of grade II, a total of 2 basement floors, 1 semi-basement, and a function of underground garage and equipment room.

SPCS superimposed shear walls are applied to the above-ground structural walls and basement exterior walls, and SPCS cavity superimposed columns are applied to the above-ground and underground structures.
