On November 24, 2022, Huayang International Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (Construction Industrialization Company) and Sany Construction Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. As the keynote speaker of this exchange meeting, Mr. Chen Yongsheng, deputy director of the System Solution Institute of Sany Construction Engineering Architectural Design and Research Institute, introduced the SPCS intelligent construction system solution in detail, including three hard intelligence (design intelligence, manufacturing intelligence, construction intelligence) and Zhuxiang cloud platform, "5231" hard technology (5 types of equipment,Category 2 standards, 3 types of software, 1 project collaborative management cloud platform). The SPCS structural technology system includes SPCS cavity precast walls and SPCS cavity precast columns. In addition to conventional residential buildings, it can also be used for the construction of common public buildings such as medical treatment, office, commerce, culture and education, scientific research, etc., and can also be applied to underground projects such as pipe corridors, water projects, basements, etc., the basic principle of the system is "cavity + lap + post-pouring", which has the advantages of "light component weight, good waterproof performance and high building quality".

At the same time, the structural technology system of "cavity wall column + mold whole plate + mold node + lap post-pouring + in-plane operation" can realize "full prefabrication of wall columns, beams and slabs + full assembly of ground and underground", which directly hits the pain points of building structure safety, water leakage, external wall insulation, labor shortage, low efficiency, high cost and other pain points, greatly reduces the on-site operation of steel formwork scaffolding, fits the building energy conservation and high-quality development, and has a high policy score, and the cost tends to be lower than that of aluminum mold cast-in-place, which has an absolute competitive advantage.
