Sany is a heavy machine
Recently, at the construction site of Unit 3 of Qianqing Wind Farm in Jilin Oilfield, the first tower weighing 84 tons, 5.2 meters in diameter and 22 meters high was slowly raised, and the first wind turbine of PetroChina's first wind power project was successfully lifted, and the Sany SCC12000TM (SCC8000A) tracksCraneServe as the chief crane. This marks a new step in the development of Jilin Oilfield from the traditional oil industry to the integration of new energy.

The project is an important part of the 150,000 kilowatt self-consumption wind and photovoltaic project under construction in Jilin Oilfield, including a total of 18 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 78,000 kilowatts, an estimated annual on-grid electricity of about 260,4337 megawatt-hours, and an annual equivalent full load of 3,395 hours.
The project is constructed by China Petroleum Engineering Construction Corporation and entered the on-site construction stage in early August this year. Up to now, the foundation, bearing platform and other construction links have been completed, and the hoisting conditions are met.

The SCC12000TM crawler crane responsible for the main crane can meet a variety of construction requirements, with wide adaptability and a high degree of safety. Since rolling off the production line in 2019, it has won high recognition from the market for its outstanding performance.
In May 2019, SCC12000TM completed the installation of a 110-ton wind turbine at an altitude of 140 meters;
In June 2019, at the same height, a 3.1MW wind turbine with a weight of 116 tons was SCC12000TM lifted;
In January 2020, SCC12000TM once again refreshed the new height of domestic wind power hoisting, successfully lifting a 162-meter 3.45 megawatt wind turbine.
In April 2020, SCC12000TM was shortlisted for the "Top 50 Products of China Construction Machinery of the Year" and won the "Golden Reputation Award".

It is understood that in addition to the installation of wind turbines, the construction of supporting facilities such as booster stations, high-voltage lines, and communication systems of the project is in full swing as planned, and it is expected that it can be connected to the grid for power generation by the end of the year. At that time, substantial progress will be made in the clean replacement of power self-consumption in Jilin Oilfield.
