In December 2020, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) jointly issued the Revised Emission Limits and Measurement Methods for Diesel Engines for Non-road Mobile Machinery (China Phase III and IV) (GB 20891-2014), and issued its supporting technical specification Technical Requirements for Pollutant Emission Control of Non-road Diesel Mobile Machinery (HJ1014-2020).

From December 1, 2022, all non-road mobile machinery below 560 kW (including 560 kW) produced, imported and sold and the diesel engines installed therein shall meet the "China IV" emission standard.

The engines equipped with the C10 series of road machinery and equipment of Sany China IV comply with the China IV emission standards.

The S3 Yitz China IV engine adopts the aftertreatment technology route of DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC, which not only meets the China IV emission standards, but also continues the advantages of strong power, energy saving and high efficiency of the China III engine.

Compared with the China III engine, the nitrogen oxide emissions can be reduced by 13%~45%, and the particulate matter emissions can be reduced by 50%~94%, which is more environmentally friendly.

Secondly, the Sany One Yatz engine realizes the automatic DPF regeneration of post-processing through special technical means, maximizes the machine attendance time, reduces customer maintenance costs, and adds a new after-treatment indicator to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the equipment.

A total of eight models of China IV pavers have been released, ranging from small and flexible 3-meter machines to stable and efficient 13-meter machines, from high-end thin-layer asphalt pavers that are "as thin as paper and as flat as mirrors" to multi-functional pavers that are "multi-purpose, smooth and efficient".

Among them, the engine power ranges from 55kW to 242kW, matching different models to meet the needs of various working conditions.

A total of six models of China IV Motor Grader were released, covering 170-220 horsepower conventional models and 230-270 horsepower mining models.

Among them, there are 4 models in the conventional horsepower section, which adopt Shangchai Power 7H National IV EFI engine, which has low fuel consumption and low noise.

There are 2 high-horsepower mining models, equipped with Sanyi Yitz D09 mining heavy-duty engine, which is powerful, reliable and durable.

A total of 18 models of China IV rollers have been released, with a working tonnage of 3-36T, and all engines are Yanmar, Kubota, Shangchai, Cummins and Sanyi Yitz, and the power emissions are newly upgraded, covering 28.5kW-276kW.

The product has been comprehensively improved in terms of the layout of the whole machine and the application of new technologies.
