The special meeting of the final report and review summary of the second phase of the "Eagle Plan" of Sany Heavy Equipment was successfully held

      On December 2,The second phase of Sany Heavy Equipment "Eagle Plan"The special meeting of the final report and review summary was successfully held, and the current "Eagle Plan" was launched in March 2022, and after 2 months of layers of selection, the teaching finally began on May 13. This training covers more than 20 courses of external experts, business sharing by 5 second-level department heads, visits to the world-class lighthouse factory and Lianyuan Entrepreneurship Base in Changsha Park, and study tour of Chairman Mao's former residence in Shaoshan.

    

The Human Resources Headquarters is the first to start withProject review, student feedback, student development, problem identificationand other four aspects of the "Eagle Plan" to review and summarize, analyze the problems existing in the training and put forward follow-up improvement suggestions. In this final report, the trainees combined the knowledge they learned in the early stage to gain insight into the business dilemma, used Toyota's eight-step method to penetrate the business difficulties and put forward solutions, and reported to Mr. Qi Jian and the head of the secondary department in turn.

Mr. Qi Jian, chairman of the board of directors, affirmed the training effect of this "Eagle Plan", believed that the trainees have made significant progress through 6 months of study, and praised the trainees for their ability to formulate clear goals and measures through in-depth analysis of business problems. Mr. Qi Jian suggested that the heads of the second-level departments should incorporate the suggestions of the trainees into the key work of the department, and allocate sufficient resources to help the trainees achieve the project goals.

In addition, Mr. Qi Jian shared the achievements of Sany Heavy Equipment in 2022 and the business goals for 2023 for the trainees, expressed his gratitude to all departments for their contributions to the development of the company, and encouraged the trainees to work hard for the goal of 15 billion sales next year.

After six months of hard work, 21 students of the second phase of the "Eagle Plan" successfully graduated, and the leaders took a group photo with the students, drawing a successful end to the "Eagle Plan" training.
