Technical features:

01 Walking system

■ Low-profile, medium-high, and high-type walking parts are optional;

■ Can be equipped with SGZ800/SGZ900/SGZ1000 scraper;

■ Can be matched with 126/147/151 pitch pin rail;

■ The guide sliding shoes are made of imported T03 wear-resistant plate, which has good wear resistance;

■ The travel wheel adopts sub-regional carburizing technology to improve the strength and wear resistance, and can adapt to different working conditions.

02 Cutting system

■ Equipped with a curved rocker arm, the coal port is large, and the coal loading effect is good;

■ Equipped with straight rocker arm, the left and right rocker arms are interchangeable, and the roof adjustment range is large;

■ Inner spray + outer spray + external spray block, good dust removal effect;

■ Straight tooth cavity cooler + external circulation water channel cooling, control the temperature of the cutting part not to exceed 80°C;

04 Hydraulic Departmentcommand

■ The pump motor adopts an external spline structure, which is connected with the gear pump through a coupling to solve the problem of spline wear in the motor.
