At the site of Ningneng's polysilicon project with an annual output of 125,000 tons, the SCC19800TM of Sinochem Second Construction Group Co., Ltd. successfully erected the upper section of the T0304AB distillation tower. More than 150 guests from national petrochemical units and head hoisting enterprises witnessed together.

At the hoisting site, with the issuance of the lifting order, the SCC19800TM slowly lifted the upper section of the distillation tower under the working condition of 126m light overlifting main boom, and with the cooperation of the auxiliary crane, the tower transitioned from a flat to a vertical state until it was completely erected.

Guo Kequan, the technical leader of the project, introduced: "The equipment hoisted this time is the distillation secondary A tower, with specifications DN6200×100150mm, which is the highest equipment on the site, and is hoisted in two stages. At present, the lifting is the upper section of the equipment, with a net weight of 255 tons, plus slings, etc., and the actual lifting load has reached 290 tons. ”

Ningneng has an annual output of 125,000 tons of polysilicon project, a total of 50 large-scale equipment, and a lifting weight of more than 17,000 tons. The towers are arranged in rows, the number is large and the overall height is large, the span is large, and the hoisting site is very narrow. In addition, there are many cross-operations in the project, which greatly increases the difficulty of hoisting construction. In order to ensure that nothing goes wrong, the project department has deployed in advance, increased coordination, continuously optimized the plan, and made sufficient preparations.
