In order to improve the skill level of service engineers, consolidate the first brand of service, and build a gold medal service team in the coal machinery industry, the service support department of the heavy equipment marketing company will carry out 12 phases of the national "Service Engineer Return to Division Rotation Training Plan" in 2023 to fully empower service engineers and improve customer satisfaction. Up to now, four phases of service engineer rotation training have been completed as planned, and a total of 58 service engineers from all over the country have participated in the rotation training, of which 33 have successfully passed the final examination to be promoted to the skill level.




The training form has been fully upgraded——The skill rotation training of service engineers is carried out in the form of a combination of theoretical foundation and practical training, and offline full-time centralized training.

Regarding the theoretical courses, the service support department continued to integrate and optimize the training resources, and compiled the "Service Electromechanical Hydraulic Basic Knowledge Manual", "Roadheader Product Knowledge Manual" and "ShearersProduct Knowledge Manual" three professional textbooks help service engineers build a knowledge system of products and faults in their minds, and ensure the learning effect during the training; The "Service Troubleshooting" course is added to help service engineers sort out troubleshooting ideas, so that service engineers can solve practical problems more efficiently. The above optimization measures have been well received by the students. In the process of practical operation, the senior engineers of Sany Heavy Equipment Research Institute and Technology Institute led the team in groups, led the service engineers into the workshop to rotate and practice, and taught by word and deed to ensure that the students learned and used, and the unity of knowledge and action. At the same time, a "daily test" is set up to fully stimulate everyone's subjective initiative and self-motivation, so that students can continue to consolidate their theoretical foundation and practical skills.




The training process has been reinvented—— Organize and convene a symposium for service engineers.

Organize a symposium for service engineers, and service engineers can quickly enhance team cohesion and improve the organizational atmosphere through easy game sessions, and at the same time collect training suggestions to make improvement directions for the next training.For the skill level examination, the "Service Skills Promotion Ceremony" is organized, and the service engineer skill badge is awarded to enhance the sense of honor and belonging.

      


The training identified 1 outstanding talent and 20 reserve managers, which is not only an important support and key basis for the service support department to reserve and cultivate talents, but also a necessary preparation to better serve customers.
