The fourth member congress of the sixth session of China Construction Machinery Industry Association was grandly held!

On April 12, 2023, the Fourth Member Congress of the Sixth China Construction Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) and the 20th China Construction Machinery Development High-level Forum with the theme of "New Journey, New Kinetic Energy, and New Development" were held in Xi'an.More than 400 people attended the event, including Su Zimeng, President of the Association, Qi Jun, Honorary President and Special Advisor, Wu Peiguo, Secretary-General, and leaders from the vice president, executive director, and governing units of the Association, as well as the heads of various professional branches of the Association, member units, and representatives of the mainstream media in the industry. The conference was presided over by Li Jianyou, vice president of the association.

President Su Zimeng made a report on the development of the industry situation with the title of "Complete, Accurate and Comprehensive Implementation of the New Development Concept and Jointly Writing a New Chapter of High-quality Development of the Construction Machinery Industry".Su Zimeng said that in 2022, under the influence of many unfavorable factors, the construction machinery industry has withstood the severe test of the decline in domestic market demand in the environment of continued weak market demand. On the new journey, we must "completely, accurately and comprehensively implement the new development concept, and strive to promote the high-quality development of the construction machinery industry".

Secretary-General Wu Peiguo made a summary of the work of the Secretariat in 2022 and a work plan for 2023. He reviewed the achievements of the secretariat of the association since 2022, deployed the work plan for 2023, and emphasized that industry colleagues should join hands, unite as one, seize the strategic opportunity period, and work together to promote the high-quality development of the construction machinery industry and the construction of the association to a new level.

In the keynote speech session of the 20th China Construction Machinery Development High-level Forum, nine senior executives of key enterprises in the industry focused on the theme of "New Journey, New Kinetic Energy, New Development", jointly analyzed the current situation faced by China's construction machinery industry, and jointly discussed the future development plan of the industry.

The convening of this meeting comprehensively reviewed and summarized the whole industry in 2022 to overcome multiple adverse effects and achieve stable development, deeply analyzed the situation facing the development of the industry in 2023, and clarified the current main tasks, so as to achieve effective qualitative improvement and reasonable quantitative growth for the whole industry, and it is of great significance to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system and complete various development tasks throughout the year.
