The fourth learning record of the performance management learning activity of the Heavy Equipment Division

Recently, the performance management speech contest of key posts of the heavy equipment business department was held as scheduled, and a total of 19 contestants from the second-level key posts and third-level key posts of R&D and marketing departments participated in the competition. Mr. Qi Jian, Chairman of the Heavy Equipment Division, and Mr. Qu Xiaofei, General Manager, came to the scene and witnessed the wonderful performance of all the contestants as judges.

Through their speeches, the contestants expressed their deepening understanding of performance management, demonstrated how to translate organizational strategic goals into individual performance goals, and presented their personal performance contracts to the judges. The presentation of the contestants is based on the current situation and looks forward to the future with great expectations.


The last contestant to appear in the speech group of the second-level key post was Mr. Sun Hao, the general manager of the marketing company, and his wonderful speech impressed the judges on the spot, especially the sentence he shouted at the end of the speech: "We haven't won enough", which pushed the whole speech contest to a climax.In the process of commenting on the contestants, Mr. Qu Xiaofei, general manager of the heavy equipment division, made a detailed evaluation of the performance of the contestants one by one, pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of each person, and put forward hopes for the follow-up work in combination with the requirements of the company's performance management.


Subsequently, Mr. Qi Jian, chairman of the Heavy Equipment Division, read out the list of winners of the second-level key posts, and Mr. Yin Li, president of the Mining Research Institute, read out the list of winners of the third-level key posts, and presented awards to the outstanding players. In this speech competition, the champions, runners-up and runners-up of the second-level key posts were Mr. Sun Hao, general manager of the marketing company, Mr. Yin Li, president of the Mining Research Institute, and Mr. Huang Xianhui, the project manager of the wide-body vehicle project department, Mr. Huang Xianhui, the project manager of the third-level key post, Mr. Li Wenlong of the Mining Research Institute won the first place, Mr. Sun Yanlin of the wide-body vehicle project department and Mr. Wang Xiwen of the Mining Research Institute won the second and third places respectively.


  
With the end of the speech competition, the first round of learning activities on performance management of the Reequipment Division came to an end. However, the speech is only a carrier for learning and growth, and all key positions of the Heavy Equipment Division will continue to implement the requirements of the overall performance system in accordance with the requirements of the group, determine the performance goals, and help the company's management level to continuously improve while realizing personal value and personal development.
