At the beginning of April this year, the 32MW distributed wind power project of Pingmei Beikong in Qixian County, located in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, will build four 5.0MW units, three 4.0MW units and one 35KV switch station. Trinity SCC17000TM-1 trackscraneResponsible for the installation of all 7 wind turbines in the project.In this construction, the SCC17000TM-1 adopts the working condition of 168m reinforced main boom + 12m wind power jib, with an over-lifting counterweight of 520t and an over-lifting radius of 32m, to undertake the main crane task.


Wang Gong, the operator of SCC17000TM-1, introduced: "The steel tower is completed by the auxiliary crane with the main crane, and the 5.0MW nacelle is hoisted by the main crane alone. The 191m diameter impeller is assembled on the ground, and the twin lifters are sent to the equipment upright, and the most difficult place is that the main crane completes the docking of the single lifting impeller group with the engine room.The height of the wind turbine nacelle is 160 m, the length of a single blade reaches 90 m, and the total weight of the impeller group is more than 140 tons. The construction location is very close to the high-voltage power line, and if the angle is slightly tilted, the power line will be touched. SCC17000TM-1 adopts a single machine hoisting to complete the assembly of the impeller, which is a great test for the lifting capacity and stability of the main crane. ”


Wang Gong said: "During the hoisting period, the weather was very bad, there was more wind and rain, and there was no brick slag filling on the site, so it was very hard. Therefore, we will plan every hour of work in advance, transfer on windy days, hoist when there is no wind, and do not miss any window period for hoisting. The SCC17000TM-1 is also well adapted to harsh construction scenarios. ”In order to ensure that the hoisting is foolproof, the project department has also convened a number of professionals to discuss solutions, and conducted several tests to deploy in advance. In the end, the SCC17000TM-1 successfully completed the task with excellent lifting performance and stability.


In the face of trends such as the large-scale wind turbine and the acceleration of wind power installation, SCC17000TM-1 came into being. It can fully cover the lifting of wind turbines of 10MW and below.

◼︎ Standard wind power working conditions: 100m high, 16m amplitude can be lifted 300t; 110m high, 18m amplitude can be hoisted 280t; 120m high, 22m amplitude can be hoisted 240t.

◼︎ Over-lifting wind power working conditions: 140m high, 24m amplitude can be lifted 300t; 170m high, 28m amplitude can be hoisted 239t; 180m high, 30m amplitude can be hoisted 216t; 190m high, 32m amplitude can be lifted 185t.


At the same time, it is safe and secure, hoisting 6. XMW fans, the load factor is below 70%. The industry's first 4.5m wide boom and 2000-ton high-performance pipes are used, which has stronger construction stability and wind resistance far beyond the standard. At the same time, it is also equipped with four intelligent safety assistance functions such as wind speed warning and rope disorder recognition to protect operation safety in 360 degrees.



In addition to the performance of wind power operations, the efficiency of the transition is also the focus of the owner's consideration. The SCC17000TM-1 has 3 internal transition modes (with full arm/with 4 arms/main engine transition), and the fastest time is 3 hours. 8 kinds of disassembly and assembly black technologies such as counterweight positioning and one-key pulling, the disassembly and assembly efficiency is half a day. Double pump merging technology, the lifting speed of heavy load is 1 times faster, and the height of 120m is hoisted in place, which only takes 15 minutes.



It took only 2 months to complete the installation of all 7 wind turbines, and the SCC17000TM-1 contributed to it. After the completion of the 32MW distributed wind power project of Pingmei Beikong in Qixian County, it can effectively promote local social and economic development and improve the local energy structure.

So far, 14 provinces (municipalities and districts) have mentioned the development of distributed wind power in the relevant plans of the 14th Five-Year Plan. According to the "China County Green and Low-Carbon Energy Transformation and Development Report" jointly released by and Siemens in December 2022, the potential of distributed wind power technology can reach 250GW, and the transition from centralized to decentralized mode has become another major trend in China's wind power.
