In recent years, with the increasing prominence of noise pollution and the increasing concern of the public about noise problems, China's pollution prevention and control actions in the field of noise are accelerating. The cab is optimized and sound insulation measures are added
Cab sound insulation and noise reduction are mainly based on the isolation of noise propagation paths. Optimize the fan blade shape to reduce fan noise
The noise generated by the cooling fan is mainly composed of rotational noise and airflow noise, and the noise prevention and control measures of the cooling system are carried out according to the spectral characteristics, generation mechanism and working conditions of the noise source.
The angle of the blades is one of the important reasons affecting the composition of the fan noise spectrum. Reasonable arrangement of blade angles can not only reduce the prominent frequency components in the fan noise, make the noise spectrum smoother, but also ensure the aerodynamic performance of the fan.
At the same time, the reasonable design of the relative position relationship between the cooling fan, the radiator and the wind protection ring can reduce the fan speed and fan noise under the premise of ensuring the cooling performance.
