This week, the first phase of the gold medal operator training of Sany Heavy Equipment 2023 Value Service Global Line was successfully completed, and 35 operators from 9 customer units, including Coking Coal Group, Yongmei Group, Huaye Coal Industry, and Guzhen No. 1 Mine, officially graduated.

This training revolves around:TBMsThe training content includes "electromechanical hydraulics" of roadheaders, intelligent commissioning and installation, fault case analysis and maintenance. Combination of theory and practice - mainly offline intensive learning and examination, during which workshop training and outdoor development were carried out, which fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the participants.During the training, the Sany Heavy Equipment Service Support Department sent the "Mine Manager Daily" to the leaders of the customer unit every day to provide timely feedback on the learning progress of the participating operators.

At the same time, the "Service Manager Champion Challenge" and the "Service Engineer Ace Elite Competition" held by the Service Support Department are also in full swing. A total of 18 service engineers from 11 coal machinery branches returned to the company to participate in the service engineer ace elite selection competition, and the skill level of service engineers was fully examined through the form of theoretical competition and practical competition.
