Recently, an offshore wind turbine test project in Mingyang, Lingao, Hainan Province was officially completed, and the SCC17000TM-1 crawler of Lifting (Shanghai) Machinery Engineering Co., Ltdcrane, to undertake the hoisting task of 2 ultra-large wind turbines.The center height of the hub reaches 150 meters, the cabin weighs 445 tons, and the blade length reaches 127 meters.



Chen Wen, the project construction leader of Refettin (Shanghai) Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd., said: "If you want to complete the lifting at one time, the domestic 2,000-ton crane may not have this ability. If a larger crane is used, it will face the test of site and time. After our multi-party research and comprehensive consideration, we finally decided to split the engine room for hoisting. ”



In this operation, three working conditions were adopted: first, SCC17000TM-1 used the mixed main boom working condition of HJDB-CK120 to complete the hoisting of the first four towers; In the second case, the equipment was switched to the HJDB-CK144 mixed main boom working condition, and the installation of the remaining two towers was completed; The third is switched to HJFJDB-159+12m super wind power working condition, and the hoisting of the nacelle, impeller and blades is completed.



Chen Wen said: "Since the project is located in a tropical monsoon climate, the weather is always subject to change. I remember that when the fifth section of the tower was just hoisted, the wind speed reached a maximum of 22m/s, but under such harsh conditions, the SCC17000TM-1 still completed the hoisting task steadily, which shows that its wind resistance is very strong. ”



SCC17000TM-1 is a 1250-ton wind power main crane, which can fully cover the lifting of wind turbines of 10MW and below. This model adopts the industry's first 4.5m wide boom and 2000-ton high-performance pipe, which has stronger construction stability and wind resistance far beyond the standard.


Standard wind power working conditions: 100m high, 16m amplitude can be hoisted 300t; 110m high, 18m amplitude can be hoisted 280t; 120m high, 22m amplitude can be hoisted 240t.Over-lifting wind power working conditions: 140m high, 24m amplitude can be hoisted 300t; 170m high, 28m amplitude can be hoisted 239t; 180m high, 30m amplitude can be hoisted 216t; 190m high, 32m amplitude can be lifted 185t.



The hoisting, the flexible working conditions of the SCC17000TM-1 and the ultra-low load factor, provided strong support for the successful completion of the hoisting.

It is understood that after the completion of the project, it will provide a scientific basis for offshore wind turbine selection, technological innovation and industrial research and development. It can not only effectively solve the problem of difficult testing of newly developed offshore wind turbines, but also promote the rapid improvement of the entire offshore wind power technology and the high-quality development of the wind power industry, which is of great significance for China to realize the leap from a large wind power country to a wind power power.
