246 Provincial Highway (Ninglang Line) starts from Nanjing Ring Road, goes south through Jiangning District, Lishui Development Zone, Dongping, Yongyang, Jingqiao, Gaochun Paint Bridge, leads to Langxi Jingnei in Anhui Province, so it is also known as Ninglang Highway, with a total length of about 92 kilometers, including 32 kilometers of Jiangning section, 45 kilometers of Lishui section and 15 kilometers of Gaochun section, which was completed and opened to traffic in 2011, which is the longest trunk road in the history of Nanjing highway construction, and also the first trunk road completed in Nanjing during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period.
