On July 30, Hao Liangjie, the representative of Sany Heavy Machinery, won the highest award of the competition - the first prize in the 3rd Kunshan Development Zone Industrial Robot Vocational Skills Competition co-sponsored by the Kunshan Development Zone Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Federation of Trade Unions.

It is understood that the competition brought together 44 outstanding players from 13 companies in the region, and after preliminary selection, a total of 24 players from 9 companies entered the finals.

In the finals, the focus was on testing the comprehensive ability of the contestants to inspect and diagnose industrial robot workstations or systems, fault analysis and processing, mechanical disassembly and maintenance, system programming and debugging, and on-site safe operation, which was practical, comprehensive and challenging.

There will be one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and six winning prizes.

It is no accident that Hao Liangjie, the representative of Sany Heavy Machinery, won the first prize. Hao Liangjie joined Sany in 2020 and is responsible for the installation and commissioning of welding robots and the operation and maintenance of welding equipment.

At work, he is responsible for the offline programming, online debugging, machine vision equipment operation and maintenance of welding robots, plus the professional robot learning platform provided by Sany, he has accumulated a wealth of systematic theoretical knowledge and practical training before the competition. In addition, he also used the weekend to sign up for the robot competition training class and practice the competition content in a targeted manner.
