Physical training

Enhance your physique and cohesion

"The plan of the day lies in the morning", the students' day begins with the daily morning training. The content of the morning training includes physical training and queue training.

Facing the morning sun, the students began to run in the morning with neat steps, and the sleepiness of getting up early disappeared in a loud slogan. The cohort training truly builds the trainees into a group that is not afraid of hardships and is united.

The content of the evening training is mainly to learn to wrestle the enemy, and the practice of wrestling can help the students exercise their physical coordination and flexibility, and at the same time, they can also improve their self-protection ability to a certain extent.

The Songya Lake training was the most memorable experience in the training camp. In the beautiful natural environment of the wetland park, the students measured their limits step by step. With the encouragement and support of the trainees, everyone successfully completed the 10-kilometer goal. I believe that the self-confidence to break through the potential and the courage not to give up will have a positive and far-reaching impact on the students' work and life.

Course learning

Set sail, knowledge and skills are harvested

In the training camp, the participants were exposed to a wealth of product knowledge and a deeper understanding of the industry's cutting-edge knowledge and technology. This training camp mainly arranged a variety of courses for the trainees such as the development of the heavy truck industry and product introduction, financial and personnel policy explanation, R&D tool teaching, and three-electric knowledge training, which laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of the work in the future.

These courses not only focus on theoretical learning, but also emphasize practical application, so that students can quickly transform knowledge, improve work efficiency, and add color to their own work ability.

Workshop internship

Get hands-on and get a feel for the production site

During the training, the trainees were fortunate to enter the advanced production workshop of Sany Heavy Truck for internship. This was a rare opportunity for the trainees to participate in the production process of heavy trucks. The trainees not only learned the knowledge of assembly technology, quality control, etc., but also deepened their understanding of the product.

Disassembly and assembly practice is another important part of the training camp. The trainees personally participated in the dismantling and assembly of an electric heavy truck. With the efforts of every dream-chasing youth, a complete heavy truck has undergone a process of being disassembled, then reassembled, and finally successfully launched.

Through the dismantling and debugging of the cab, controller, cooling system, power battery and peripheral accessories, the trainees' professional knowledge index is off the charts, the patience value is full, and the practical operation is beyond the past.

Career planning

Clear the confusion and have a direction for career development

For the "professional whites" who have just graduated from school and have not officially stepped into the workplace, they must be full of confusion about the future development. Mr. Zhu Hong, President of the Heavy Truck Products Research Institute, Mr. Li Wei, the copy supervisor of the Human Resources Headquarters, and Mr. Zhou Hai, the deputy director of the Control Technology Institute, were specially invited to the training camp to exchange views on career planning with everyone.

At the beginning of the symposium, Mr. Li Wei emphasized the significance and importance of career planning. Next, Mr. Zhu Hong combined his own personal experience and warned everyone to do more review and summary in their daily work, and at the same time to do a line of love and strive to improve themselves.

Mr. Zhou Hai slowly told the story of his own project research, and hoped that everyone could "win the battle" in their work, and the excellent style should not be abandoned. The students raised their hands one after another and put forward their confusion, and the three leaders patiently explained.
