Sany SR435W-SCM new construction method was unveiled in Singapore

In July 2023, Sany SCM's new construction method drilling rig SR435W made its debut in Singapore, helping the Singapore government's HDB construction project.

Singapore is located at the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula, with an area of only 733.1 square kilometers and a permanent population of 4.6 million, so the population density is very huge. Therefore, in the face of poor bearing capacity of seabed silt, geological improvement is often required at the beginning of a project to control soil subsidence and increase the bearing capacity.

Cement mixing pile is an effective form of soft soil foundation treatment, which is through a special deep mixer, the soft soil and cement (curing agent) are forcibly mixed, and a series of physical and chemical reactions between cement and soft soil are used to consolidate the soil and form a cement soil pile with integrity, water stability and certain strength. Among them, the single-shaft construction method is called Single Column Mixing (SCM).

The Tim Shou project is located near Tim Xiu Avenue in Singapore, with a construction depth of 21~26m, a pile diameter of 2400mm, and a cumulative pile volume of 1200Rotary drilling rigsConstruction of the ancestral house.

Model features:

On the basis of SR435W rotary drilling rig, the SCM construction method is customized and developed, equipped with a high-speed power head, the drilling tool is connected in all directions, the bearing torque is large, and the rotary joint is sealed in multiple layers to ensure that the slurry does not leak, intelligent control, the power head is automatically rotated forward and reversed, the pressure winch is automatically lifted up and down, and the speed is stepless adjustable at 0.3~3m/min.
