In August, 20 domestic and international senior service engineers gathered in Zhuhai to participate in the special training for the improvement of electric product service skills. Through theoretical training, on-site practical operation, special training for manufacturers, skill certification, etc., we will build all-round service talents for electric products in the HAECO industry.

Stage 1: Theoretical training

Through expert lectures and seminars, service engineers carefully study product characteristics, master the difficulties of "three electrics", and break through the service pain points.

Phase 2: On-site practice

Theory and practice are grasped with both hands, and both hands are hard. By disassembling batteries, motors, high-voltage boxes, water-cooled units, air compressors and other components on site, the service engineers are more familiar with the structure of electric products, understand the high-frequency fault points of components, and improve the ability to deal with after-sales emergency repairs.

The third stage: special training for manufacturers

Professional lecturers from Ningde, Green Control, Songzhi, Yuchai and other manufacturers were invited to the scene to teach hand-in-hand, and the service engineers thoroughly mastered the after-sales maintenance service skills of the "three electrics" system.

Stage 4: Skills Certification

Theoretical examination + practical troubleshooting, high standards + strict requirements, check and fill in the gaps, comprehensive inspection, to ensure that the service engineer has a comprehensive grasp of the knowledge of electric products and is proficient in application.
