       2023 Sany Heavy Equipment Value Service Global TourA total of 156 overseas customer trainings have been carried out, and 3,991 customers have been trained. From the scorching summer to the fruitful autumn, the Sany service team has been on the road.

Since its departure on May 21, Sany Heavy Equipment Service Team has joined forces with R&D and quality assurance experts to go deep into the front line of customers, continue to empower, organize centralized training, customize training courses according to customer needs, and improve customer skill level in all aspects in a new training form of theoretical knowledge + practical training + prize question and answer + examination evaluation.

Domestic theater of operations

Carried out 105 customer trainings, trained 3,421 customers, focusing on roadheaders,Shearers, wide-body vehicle electromechanical and hydraulic knowledge, maintenance, and professional training on common fault cases; Focus on key training for products such as intelligence, anchor digging and protection, electro-hydraulic control, and pure water support. More than 300 experts have been put into service and R&D, and they have gone to the north and south of the motherland, with a total service mileage of more than 78,000 kilometers, and have done their best to provide the most professional and sincere service for the majority of Sany Heavy Equipment customers.


Overseas theater of operations

The overseas theater covers 30 countries and regions around the world, carries out 51 customer trainings, and trains 570 customers, with on-site face-to-face discussions and practical training of various components of the host as the main form to comprehensively improve the technical capabilities of customers.
