Strive for excellence! SANY ROAD Europe QFD Seminar was successfully held!

Recently, the European team of Sany Road Machinery invited professionals from Germany, Britain, France and other countries to gather at Sany Europe to jointly hold a lively and interesting QFD seminar.

At the seminar, guests from the fields of industrial design, senior drivers, senior agents and leasing customers gathered together to have a unique discussion on the demand, improvement direction and development suggestions of Sany road machinery and equipment.

Mr. Jens Wagner, Senior Product Manager of Sany Europe, presided over the QFD seminar, and introduced the recent development of Sany Group in detail to the guests, including the strategy and achievements of "three modernizations", the remarkable achievements made in recent years and Sany's continuous efforts in the direction of internationalization, and introduced the objectives and contents of the QFD seminar to the guests, hoping to collide with the sparks of ideas from the road machinery industry.

As one of the highlights of the seminar, "What do you think is the best roller?" As soon as this question was raised, it attracted a heated discussion among all the guests present. There were many "experts" in the roller industry in Europe who participated in the seminar, and everyone talked about road rollers, and a solicitation for "advantages" was in full swing.

From Performance, to Comfort, and CCC (Continuous Compaction Control), the guests gave their own needs for "advantages" in a total of 15 dimensions, and one demand point is a small note, and in this QFD seminar, the "advantages" small note was pasted on a glass wall, which was spectacular.

Then, everyone voted for the five most important dimensions in their minds. As it turned out, the top three factors that people value the most are Performance, Design, and Comfort.

At this seminar, Sany also invited all guests to test drive and observe the STR30C-10 tandem roller and SSR80C-8Compactors"Touch, sit, drive" made everyone full of interest, and they got on the car to experience the charm of Sany manufacturing.

After the test drive, Sany Road Machine collected nearly 100 specific opinions from experts, from the appearance of the equipment to the power, from the display screen to its scraper, and conducted an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Sany roller. Keep improving, after this QFD seminar, Sany people have a more specific and profound understanding, for the needs from customers, Sany will also use products that satisfy customers to hand over the perfect answer.

QFD (Quality Function Deployment), which is known as the "Quality Function Deployment" method in management, is a systematic decision-making method, the core of which is to pursue the accurate translation of customer requirements into product definitions at the design stage. Since its establishment in the 1960s, this method has been widely used in the production of large multinational industrial enterprises in Europe, the United States, and Japan. Because in the QFD approach, customer needs are listened to to and translated into products to the greatest extent possible, manufacturers often significantly reduce costs, shorten development time, and greatly increase productivity.
