Recently, the 9# building of the Dengfeng Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province was successfully capped, and the building used SPCS frame system + in-plane operation technology to complete the construction of the main structure, which marked the further expansion of the application scope of in-plane operation technology. Previously, the in-plane operation construction technology has been applied in a number of SPCS shear wall projects in Shaoshan, Changsha, Xi'an, Beijing and other places, with an application area of 400,000 square meters.

On the basis of the prefabrication of external walls and peripheral columns, SPCS has formed the construction technology of "in-plane operation", canceled the traditional external scaffolding, and completed all the construction processes of the main structure in the structural plane, which saves the process and cost of erecting and dismantling the outer frame, fundamentally eliminates the high-altitude fall accident caused by the construction of the outer frame, and accelerates the construction efficiency, improves the project quality and reduces the construction cost under the premise of ensuring safety.
As a key construction project of Henan Province and Zhengzhou City, the intelligent manufacturing industrial park is located in the east of Zhongyong Road and Tiandefeng Road, an industrial cluster area of Dengfeng City, with a planned area of about 140,000 square meters and a total investment of more than 1.5 billion yuan. The first batch of hoisting reached the construction speed of installing a column every 14 minutes, and won unanimous praise from the builder and the general contractor. Truly realize the intelligent construction advantages of "cavity lap plus post-casting, equivalent heterogeneity, fast and saving".

The specific details and advantages of the application of "in-plane operation" construction technology in this project are reflected in the following aspects:
1. In terms of the main structure system: the SPCS "cavity + lap + post-pouring" frame structure system is applied, and the frame columns are fully prefabricated, which provides the prerequisites for in-plane operation.
2. In terms of safety protection system: the cross-layer protection of in-plane operation is adopted, the overall installation and dismantling are attached, attached to the plate surface after the lower layer is poured, and reinforced with oblique support to realize the installation of the lower layer and the protection of the upper layer; The ergonomic efficiency of protective installation is more than 3 times that of traditional floor scaffolding. The perfect safety protection system provides a reliable guarantee for the border operation, and the cost of the measure is reduced by 15-30 yuan/㎡.
3. In terms of node formwork: the bottom of the column and the outer beam are all made of Sany SIME complete setsTooling and moldingThere is no need for external construction, and the in-surface operation can be fully realized, and the installation efficiency is about 50% higher than that of traditional wood molds.
As one of the first batch of 24 smart building demonstration cities in China, the Dengfeng Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project will become a demonstration project of intelligent construction in Henan Province.
