At the end of each year, it is a boom period for the delivery of major wind power projects, and Sany Renewable Energy has also started the special work of "ensuring delivery, grid connection and power generation" early. Recently, the first batch of wind turbines of the Jinzhou Montenegro Phase II Wind Power Project of the State Power Investment Corporation was successfully connected to the grid, officially playing the "Three Guarantees" march of Sany Renewable Energy at the end of the year.

The Montenegro Phase II Wind Farm is the first project cooperated by Sany Renewable Energy and Northeast Company, which is of milestone significance. On the eve of the grid connection of the project, Northeast Company organized the first meeting of the project start-up acceptance committee with high quality, and the heads of Jinzhou Heishan County Government, Northeast Company, Sany Renewable Energy and other participating units attended the meeting. The meeting carried out detailed analysis and judgment on the project construction, equipment installation and commissioning, unit project acceptance, production preparation, and inspection and acceptance of the government regulatory department, and strictly controlled the project start-up grid-connected review and acceptance, which provided a solid guarantee for the first batch of wind turbines of the project to be connected to the grid.

The project is located in the northeast of Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, with a total capacity of 200MW and the installation of 40 Sany Renewable Energy SI-17250 wind turbines. The product is developed based on the development criteria of "high reliability, high power generation, low LCOE, and smart wind farm", and through multi-level verification of wind turbine materials, components, subsystems and the whole machine, it fully guarantees the performance and high reliability of the unit. According to the low-temperature environment of the project location, the key components of the unit are made of low-temperature materials, and through strict low-temperature impact energy performance tests, the unit can easily cope with the low-temperature environment and improve its stability.

In order to ensure that the delivery can be completed before the time node required by the customer, Sany Renewable Energy Tongyu Zero Carbon Digital Intelligence Industrial Park produced the units as early as August, and the units were stacked in rows to "leak water" throughout the industrial park. As a leader in digital intelligence in the wind power industry, Sany Renewable Energy applies digital intelligence technology in production process, manufacturing, supply chain management, etc., fully ensuring product production quality, improving production efficiency, and ensuring delivery speed.

Since the start of the construction of the project, Sany Renewable Energy has actively responded to the needs of the owners and made every effort to help the owners achieve the goal of "double merger" of the project within the year. "Sany's service team is very powerful, and I often see them busy with dirt, but I haven't heard them say that they are tired." The owner of Northeast Company gave a high evaluation. The project has a large number of units, and it is a large megawatt model, the time is tight, the task is heavy, Sany Renewable Energy service team hoisting and debugging day and night, often debugging until the early morning. "Don't be tired, we just want to help the owners catch up with the goal of grid connection within the year" Sany Renewable Energy Service Manager Fan Junhu's answer is very simple, but this is exactly the goal of every Sany person - all for customers. The project uses 6 main cranes (usually only 4 sets) to ensure the speed of project construction, and realizes the project grid connection safely and efficiently in less than 5 months of effective construction time, once again showing the speed of Sany.

After the project is put into operation, it is expected to generate 520 million kWh of electricity per year, which can save 171,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 457,000 tons per year compared with traditional thermal power, realizing the organic combination of economic, social and ecological benefits.

The second phase of the Montenegro project has laid a solid foundation for the in-depth cooperation between Sany Renewable Energy and Northeast Company, and we look forward to more cooperation between the two sides in the future to build more integrated new energy industrial bases with typical demonstration significance.
