More than 100 professional visitors from all over the country witnessed the reliable durability test of the new A-series high-compaction machine SCC750HD/Q-A and SCC1600HD/Q-A.

At the demonstration site, the SCC750HD/Q-A automatically rammed the construction operation with a non-decoupling 200t·m, which is often used for foundation treatment such as housing construction and venues. SCC1600HD/Q-A is constructed under the non-decoupling 400t·m working condition, which is often used in the high-compaction construction of warehouses, roadbeds, airports and wharves and other foundation reinforcement treatments.

SCC750HD/Q-A
The main boom is 19m-28m long, the ramming energy level is 450t·m/1000t·m (with mast), the non-decoupling ramming energy level is 200t·m, the allowable rammer weight is 22.5t/50t (with mast), focusing on the 400-1000t·m market, the whole machine has the characteristics of high efficiency, low fuel consumption and strong stability.
■ High efficiency: the fastest rope speed of the winch is 135m/min, the cycle time of non-decoupling 200t·m operation is 19s, the cycle time of double-rate 400t·m operation is 42s, and the cycle time of 6-fold 50-ton rammer 1000t·m is 99s.
■ Low fuel consumption: Weichai WP10.5H low-consumption engine + full-process control strategy + economic mode, comprehensive fuel consumption reduced by 10%
■ Strong stability: 5670mm large wheel base, the center of gravity of the whole machine is reduced by 80mm, and the cylinder-type anti-tilt device reduces the shaking of the boom and ensures stable operation.

SCC1600HD/Q-A
The length of the main boom is 22-29 meters, the maximum ramming energy is 8000/22000kN•m (with gantry), and it meets the non-decoupling construction of 4000kN•m, focusing on the 800-2000t·m market, which is mainly suitable for basic construction such as workshops, highways, ports, and land reclamation.
■ Wide application: the maximum tensile force of the main winch is 35t, which can meet the non-decoupling operation of 20t rammer and 400t·m of single rope;
■ High efficiency: new open and closed hydraulic system, eliminating the pressure loss of the valve group. The cycle time of non-decoupling 400t·m operation is 27s, and the cycle time of 2000t·m operation of 7-rate 100-ton rammer is 130s, and the comprehensive operation efficiency is increased by 10%;
■ Stable operation: high reliability pull plate, unhook shaking hinge pull rope reduced by 50%. The center of gravity of the whole machine is optimized, and the operation stability is higher;
■ High reliability: double rotary reducer with three-row roller slewing bearing, more suitable for strong compaction fatigue impact conditions; The second generation of the new wet flush brake, wear-resistant reel, more reliable.
