Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office announced the results of the 2023 National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise Assessment, and two companies, Sany Energy and Sany Petroleum, under the Energy Equipment Division of Sany Group, were successfully selected, and the company's development was once again recognized at the national level.

The selection and construction of "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises" is an important deployment to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and implement the "Outline for the Construction of an Intellectual Property Power (2021-2035)" and the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Protection and Application of National Intellectual Property Rights".

Relying on a sound intellectual property management mechanism, Sany Energy and Sany Petroleum were successfully selected as intellectual property advantage enterprises, demonstrating their outstanding comprehensive capabilities in the creation, application, management and protection of intellectual property rights, which is another affirmation of the company's R&D and innovation strength and core competitiveness.
