The first SPCS project in Hainan Province was capped, helping the high-quality development of Hainan's prefabricated building industry

With the completion of the last shovel of concrete, all 7 buildings of the Yayuan Anju Housing Project in Lingao County, Hainan Province have been capped. This marks the "rooting" of Sany intelligent construction solution SPCS in Hainan Province, laying a solid foundation and providing strong support for the follow-up SPCS project to "blossom everywhere" in South China.

The total construction area of Lingao Yayuan project is 46,000 square meters, and the overall assembly rate has reached more than 61%, of which the vertical assembly rate is more than 35%, using SPCS cavity wall, and the application location of vertical prefabricated components includes external walls, kitchens, toilets, elevator shafts, end dark columns, etc., and the construction period has achieved 4 days/layer, with good concrete forming quality and saving a lot of formwork. Compared with the mold shell system, the on-site modulus is reduced by 16%, and the labor cost is saved by 16%, compared with the membrane shell wall system, the thickness of the SPCS cavity wall is 4 cm less, the room utilization rate is larger, the amount of wall concrete is reduced by 20%, and the cost is saved by 20%, which truly achieves the goal of low-carbon intelligence, good speed, and saving.

The owner of the project is Hainan Hongyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd., the general contractor is Xuancheng Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd., and the component production unitTrinity ConstructionHainan Zhijian Industrial Co., Ltd., the alliance factory, and Sany Construction Engineering are responsible for the deepening of prefabricated component drawings and the empowerment of hoisting construction. In this project, we witnessed the power and wisdom of Sany Intelligent Construction Solution SPCS. The special environment and construction requirements of Hainan made the construction work face many challenges, however, with the rich experience accumulated in other regions and the cooperation of various units, the smooth topping out of the entire project was ensured, which was highly appreciated by the owner.

With the large-scale promotion of the SPCS system in Hainan, more and more projects have been used, which has greatly enriched the vertical prefabricated solutions in Hainan, and can cultivate a group of enterprises with prefabricated design and construction hoisting capabilities, and will make more contributions to promoting the vigorous development of prefabricated buildings in Hainan.
