As the rotating project of the rotating continuous beam with the largest rotating span and the heaviest single pier weight in the whole line, its construction has particularly high requirements for the equipment involved, which not only ensures the reliability of continuous high-intensity operation, but also has to adapt to a variety of construction site emergencies at any time.
According to Mr. Liu Xiong, the project manager, in the process of rotating construction, there was a requirement to pump nearly 500 square meters of concrete at one time, which required long-term uninterrupted pumping operations to make the construction party particularly nervous. Before the implementation of the project, including equipment, maintenance, mixing plant and other parties have held several rounds of program meetings, and finally unanimously decided to use Sany 49 meters, 52 meters, 56 meters, 62 meters of fuel pump trucks to ensure the implementation of the construction at the same time. Sany also sent on-site service engineers to watch the work on site, ready to solve emergencies at any time. Under a strong guarantee system, the project finally proceeded as scheduled.
It is understood that the bridge rotation is carried out with two piers as the axis, one pier main beam weighs 11,000 tons, the other weighs 10,000 tons, and the pumping operation must be guaranteed to be very accurate, otherwise the consequences are unimaginable. During the construction, all the people were very nervous, but fortunately, the pump truck withstood the test and completed all the operation indicators smoothly and supplely.
Whether it is the 10,000-ton continuous beam rotation or other operations on the entire high-speed rail project, the work performance and excellent after-sales service of Sany Pump Truck have been highly recognized by China Railway Fourth Bureau.
