STC550T5 I-8 (plug-in energy storage version) passed the national authoritative inspection!

In March this year, the STC550T5 I-8 plug-in energy storage version crane won the "2023 China Construction Machinery Annual Product TOP50 New Energy Market Breakthrough Gold Award". A few days ago, experts from the National Construction Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center and the evaluation team of Jiangke Construction Machinery conducted a performance test on the product.

In November, the test report was officially released, and STC550T5 I-8 passed the national authoritative inspection.

The test is based on GB/T 20062-2017 "Noise Limits and Measurement Methods for Mobile Crane Operations" and GB/T 39416-2020truck craneFuel Consumption Test Method", and the driver's ear noise, external radiated noise, electric energy consumption and fuel consumption test under operating conditions were carried out on STC550T5 I-8 in turn.

The test results show that the power consumption of STC550T5I-8 operation in power mode is 22kWh·h, and the fuel consumption of oil mode operation is 9.51L/h, and the noise of operation in power mode is lower than that in oil mode.

STC550T5I-8 is suitable for heavy load scenarios in fixed sites such as test briquetting blocks and storage yards.

At a construction site in Shandong, STC550T5I-8 continuously lifted 10 times of test briquetting with a total weight of 7 tons (3.5t/4.8t for a single test briquet), which took 16 minutes.

The power consumption under the operation mode of electricity mode is 26kW·h; It is equivalent to the fuel consumption of 8.7L/h under the operating condition of oil mode. Based on the oil price of 7.5 yuan/L and the electricity bill of 1 yuan/kWh, the average hourly savings can be about 39 yuan, and the economic cost is very considerable.

STC550T5 I-8 has specially strengthened the frame, turntable, and boom, and has a heavy-duty cycle life of more than 240,000 times. 33kw AC charging with 81-degree battery, plug-in operation without stopping, battery life is more guaranteed. In actual use, the power consumption mode is economical and reliable.
