The first phase of the "Intelligent Pioneers" and Intelligent Talent Training Project in 2023 officially ended on December 8, and 16 service engineers from 12 branches across the country participated in this training. A total of 15 service engineers passed the intelligent talent training training course in this training, with a pass rate of 93.75%.

Among them, Yang Yinhai of Henan Branch won the first place, Hexin of Northeast Branch won the second place, and Shang Tao of Shaanxi Branch won the third place. Mr. Jiang Peng, the supervisor of the Human Resources Headquarters, Mr. Yu Zhuang, the deputy director of the Service Support Department, and Mr. Liu Yang, the director of the Intelligent Technology Institute of the Mining Research Institute, attended the graduation ceremony and presented honorary certificates to the outstanding students.

At the summary meeting, Mr. Liu Yang first announced the results of this training examination, summarized the training process of this period, and placed expectations on the follow-up training and continuous empowerment of service soldiers. Mr. Yu Zhuang summarized this training and pointed out that service engineers should quickly accept intelligent empowerment, apply the knowledge they have learned to practical work, and continuously improve their own intelligent cognitive level with customers. Mr. Jiang Peng highly affirmed this training, pointing out that intelligence is the only way for future development, and R&D and service should work together to continue to strive for the continuous development of intelligence.

The training began on December 4 and lasted for 5 days, including theoretical training and practical training. The course content covers intelligent tunneling system, intelligent management and control platform, practical operation of intelligent tunneling system, and S seriesIntelligent TBMsand its core technology (intelligent security system, intelligent stacking detection, intelligent AI identification), fault case analysis, intelligent transformation process and other multi-level intelligent system knowledge, all-round for the service soldiers to show the intelligent skills required in practical work. Through the combination of theoretical examination and practical test, the intelligent mastery of service engineers is comprehensively examined to ensure that they can apply knowledge and plug in intelligent wings for service.
