Foresee an infinite future | The third phase of the "Eagle Plan" of the Heavy Equipment Division

On December 16th, the third phase of the "Eagle Plan" graduation report and summary meeting of the Heavy Equipment Division with the theme of "Foresight and Infinite Future" was successfully held, and Mr. Qi Jian, Chairman of the Heavy Equipment Division, came and sent a message to the students. This issue of the "Eagle Project" was launched in March 2023, and after 2 months of selection, the team was finally melted on May 21 and the teaching was officially launched. In the past 7 months, 30 Eagle students from 10 departments have completed the five-dimensional special learning, achieved continuous self-improvement, and 4 students have been successfully promoted to key positions in the learning process.

The Human Resources Headquarters summarized the previous Eagle Plans, and a total of 24 key positions were exported in the third phase, with a promotion rate of 28.9%. At the same time, the training was summarized from the aspects of project review, student development, problem identification, etc., and the videos and photos of the wonderful learning process allowed the students to regain their memories and feel the fleeting time of time.What is also wonderful is the identification and sharing of business-based problems by the students, who participated in the sharing of a total of 8 outstanding student representatives from various systems, combined with the knowledge learned to gain insight into business difficulties, find and analyze problems, and put forward reasonable suggestions. Everyone's report was highly praised by Mr. Qi Jian, and he hoped that the reporter could achieve the goals set.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Qi Jian affirmed the training effect of this "Eagle Plan", believed that the trainees had made significant progress through 7 months of study, and praised the trainees for their in-depth analysis of business problems and the formulation of clear goals and measures. At the same time, Mr. Qi Jian introduced the operation of Sany Group and the Heavy Equipment Division in 2023 to the trainees, and introduced the three-year plan of the Heavy Equipment Division to the trainees in detail, which plays a very important role in the trainees' clear understanding of the strategy, grasp the positioning of the department, and clarify their personal development ideas.
