■ The site is narrow, how to "settle" the hoisting equipment?

The number of prefabricated components planned to be installed on the heating platform is large, including steel lattice columns, steel trusses, supports, etc., and there are plane and three-dimensional cross operations during civil engineering and installation. Coupled with the proximity of the heating platform to the wall, there is limited space left for SAC8000C7-8 to stand.

Fortunately, the SAC8000C7-8 adopts double H-shaped two-stage telescopic legs, and has three combinations of leg spans, which can fully adapt to the needs of narrow venues.

The steel trusses to be hoisted are also in an awkward position, "embedded" between the heating workshop and the fence of the site, so there is little space left for the SAC3500T to be parked near the heating pipe ditch. In order to prevent the deformation of the earthwork caused by the crane load, the construction party opened the cover plate of the heating pipe ditch and backfilled the earthwork in the pipe ditch.

■ How to control the stability of double-machine lifting?

SAC8000C7-8 is located on the west side of the hoisting point, and the SAC3500T is located on the east side of the hoisting point, because of the lack of space, the truss can not have a wide range of swing when hoisting, which tests the stability of the equipment and the tacit understanding of the operator.

In order to ensure synchronization, the two machines were first tested and lifted to 80 mm to 100 mm with a width of 6 meters, a length of 42 meters, a total height of 15.35 meters and a total weight of 90 tons.

When the formal hoisting, the operators of the two equipment determined the operation speed in advance, and when the height reached more than 3m, they closely followed the command, which lasted only 15 minutes, and finally made the truss in place.
