Since the end of April, Anhui Xuanjing Expressway Phase 1 project began asphalt paving operations, project 01 and 03 two sections at the same time the application of Sany unmanned paving machine group to carry out construction, the cumulative working surface has reached 30 kilometers, the current asphalt below the operation has been basically completed, and will start the paving construction of the middle surface layer one after another.

In the construction process in May, the characteristics of high efficiency and good quality of the unmanned paving machine group have been fully reflected, and the daily construction mileage is up to 1.8 kilometers.

The unmanned asphalt construction of Xuanjing Expressway has three outstanding characteristics: complete delivery, the most complete technical application, and unmanned application of the whole line.

This is another major milestone since Sany delivered the country's first set of China IV intelligent paving machine group equipment to Liju Group in November 2023, proving that Sany unmanned paving machine group is no longer a "precision instrument" that can only be operated by R&D personnel, but has become a product that can be delivered to customers for independent use.

The most complete application of technology

In addition to the application of standard unmanned driving technology, the fleet of bid section 01 and bid 03 of Xuanjing Expressway is also equipped with a series of stand-alone intelligent systems such as paver assisted driving, screed automatic telescopic, roller fusion welt, and 360 active safety, which further reduces the number of auxiliary workers on site and improves the safety and quality of work.

The whole line of applications is unmanned

The first phase of Xuanjing Expressway is divided into three sections, and the whole line is equipped with unmanned paving machines for asphalt paving and rolling operations. Bid 01 and bid 03 are all using Sany unmanned amortization equipment.

The Xuanjing Expressway fully applies unmanned amortization technology in all bidding sections for normalized construction, which is not only in the leading position in the country, but also marks that through the unremitting efforts of peers in the past few years, unmanned amortization technology is no longer a "gimmick" that only exists in various observation meetings, but has begun to truly move towards industry application.
