Shandong Bay has shown its majesty again, bringing Sany 2000 tons crawler crane to the world's largest single-plant coal-to-olefins project

A few days ago, in Wushenqi, Ordos, Inner Mongolia, the first phase of Baofeng coal-based new materials 2.6 million tons/year coal-to-olefins and supporting 400,000 tons/year implanted green hydrogen coupling olefins project, Shandong Bay hoisting using SCC20000A, successfully completed the hoisting of 450 tons of degassing bin, with a total of nearly 160,000 tons of hoisting equipment, and the hoisting task has been basically completed.In this project, the installation of the world's largest converter furnace made in China was completed, marking another major breakthrough in the large-scale and localized demonstration application of key equipment for China's modern coal chemical industry.

The project is the world's largest single-plant coal-to-olefins project, and it is also the world's only project to achieve large-scale green hydrogen instead of fossil energy to produce olefins.

As the leading hoisting enterprise in China, Shandong Bay has undertaken a series of hoisting tasks such as 2,200 tons of methanol purification unit washing tower, 1,700 tons of M and O reactors, 1,600 tons of quench water washing towers, 1,200 tons of olefin separation unit No. 1 and No. 2 Bing towers, as well as 630 tons of PE reactors and pulverized coal feed tanks, and adopted a series of crawler crane types such as Sany 2000t, 1600t, 1250t, 1000t, 800t and so onTruck cranesParticipate in construction.

The SCC20000A of its procurement has also appeared in many major domestic projects for many times. SCC2000A creatively developed a super boom combination scheme and adopted a unique "two-stage transition joint" design, which greatly overcame the problems in the assembly process. With a super large lifting moment of 28,000t.m and an ultra-high lifting height of 108+108, it can be widely used in petrochemical, nuclear power, offshore wind power, bridges and other large-scale construction and hoisting needs, and has participated in a number of major transportation and energy projects.
