With the approval of the Committee of Non-public Enterprises and Social Organizations of Fengxi New Town, Xixian New District, Shaanxi Province (hereinafter referred to as the Non-public Party Committee) and the Committee of the Communist Party of China Sany Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd.
