Under the dual challenges of structure and cost, mixed tower fans are more and more used due to their unique advantages. There is data showing thatIn 2023, the proportion of wind turbines with mixed towers accounting for 15% of the wind power above 140m won bids, of which 60% of the wind turbines are about 160m in height (concrete tower section 130~140m)。 As a result, a new and new lifting solution has also emerged.

Recently, the 150,000,000 wind power project in Dingbian, Yulin, Shaanxi Province, was adopted by Inner Mongolia Dongran Electric Power Engineering Co., LtdSCC15000TM + SAC9000C8-8The program is involved in the construction of the project.


The project consists of 30 sets of 5MW mixed-tower wind turbines.

The number of concrete tower sections is large, the hoisting operation time is long, the hoisting scheme of the main / auxiliary equipment - SAC9000C8-8 installation of concrete tower sections, SCC15000TM the installation of steel tower/nacelle/hub/blade, which can realize the connection of the front and rear processes, the construction of two working faces at the same time, faster than the construction speed of a single main crane, and the cost of two main crane equipment is lower, and it has become a new operation plan for mixed tower hoisting.
