The first overseas cooperation "Trinity Class" officially opened!

A few days ago, the "Trinity Class" jointly organized by Trinity Vocational College, Karawang University and Sany Indonesia was officially launched in Karawang University, Indonesia. 40 students from Karawang University will undergo a four-month intensive training at Trinity Indonesia Industrial Park.

The opening of this class is another major measure to deepen the implementation of the overseas "Lighthouse Factory College" cooperation project, expand the talent pool for the construction of the "Belt and Road" and the international development of Sany Group, and hand out a bright business card for "vocational education going overseas", marking an important step for Sany Vocational College in the field of international education.

Mr. Guo Ruiguang, Human Resources Director of Sany Heavy Industry, Ms. Li Ying, Head of Human Resources of Sany Asia Pacific Region, Professor Lu Zhiming, former Secretary of the Party Committee and Special Representative of Sany Vocational College, Hu Junlin, Dean of the School of Engineering Machinery, Dai Xiaojia, Vice Dean of the School of International Economics and Trade, and other relevant persons in charge of schools and enterprises attended the opening ceremony.

Guo Ruiguang said that the overseas "Lighthouse Factory Academy" project is not only to serve the global industrial layout of Sany Group, meet the employment needs of Sany Indonesia's "Lighthouse Factory", but also provide a good opportunity for Indonesian youth to provide vocational skills training and employment, and is a win-win cooperation project. Sany Group is currently expanding its overseas business, and its business in Indonesia is also developing rapidly, and the demand for talents is very strong. It is hoped that the trainees of the training course can study diligently, think more, combine theory and practice, improve their professional ability, clarify their career goals, and realize the role transformation from students to enterprise employees.

It is reported that the project has reached a cooperation intention since November last year, signed a cooperation agreement on field visits in December, and in June this year, five teachers from Karawang University in Indonesia came to China to participate in training and study in Trinity Vocational College, and the basic work in the early stage was carried out in a solid and orderly manner. Starting in July, the first batch of 40 Karawang University students will undergo a four-month intensive training. The training content includes five module courses: excavator operation and maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, engine, commissioning and maintenance, mainly practical hands-on training. The training site is located in Sany Indonesia, mainly for the training of excavator service personnel. After the completion of the study, those who pass the comprehensive assessment will be arranged to intern and work in various departments of Trinity Indonesia.

The overseas "Lighthouse Factory Academy" project will become a new model for vocational education exchanges and cooperation between China and Indonesia, and make positive contributions to promoting the improvement of the education level and the deepening of cultural understanding between the two sides. The opening of this class is conducive to establishing a new model of vocational education going overseas, building a win-win platform for skill dissemination and cultural exchanges between the two countries, innovating the cooperation mechanism of vocational education, and establishing educational resources for co-construction, sharing and common prosperity.
