On July 24, with the 17.5-meter-diameter super-large diameter shield machine "Shanhe" cutterhead successfully went down, the assembly of the shield machine of Jinan Huanggang Road through the Yellow Tunnel, which was invested and constructed by Jinan Urban Construction Group, undertaken by China Railway 14th Bureau Group, and professionally subcontracted and hoisted by Beijing Yi'an Hoisting Engineering Co., Ltd., was basically completed, and it is about to enter the commissioning stage, and the world's largest diameter underwater shield tunnel shield has entered the "countdown".
It is reported that the "Shanhe" shield machine is currently the world's largest diameter slurry balance shield machine under construction, with a total length of 163 meters and a weight of 5,200 tons.
The crane assembly process of the "Shanhe" super-large diameter shield machine is SCC12000TM by Sany and SCC4000A-2 trackscraneCharge. On the morning of the same day, the cutterhead of the shield machine painted with the pattern of the Rui Beast Kirin slowly "stands" from the ground under the cooperation of two crawler cranes, and after completing the "air turn", it accurately descends to the predetermined position of the launch shaft and accurately "merges" with the shield machine.
The final assembly of the "Shanhe" shield machine has reached the world's advanced level, equipped with advanced equipment such as pressurized composite cutterhead, telescopic main drive, and telescopic camera of excavation bin, and is equipped with advanced geological forecasting, formation interface identification, gas environment monitoring, tool wear detection device, synchronous grouting detection and auxiliary decision-making support system and other "five senses and one brain" intelligent equipment system.
This is Beijing Yi'an Hoisting Engineering Co., Ltd. 800 + 400 this year this year to complete the 12th large-diameter shield machine hoisting, this year, the pair successfully completed the "Tongyongyuan Dream", "Pilot", "Dinghai", "Red Boat" and other projects of the shield machine hoisting tasks, a total of completed a number of large diameter shield machine hoisting process.
