Sany Renewable Energy's Shaoshan Blade Factory has the largest single wind turbine blade production workshop in Asia, and has built a "super factory" integrating digitalization, automation and lean through subversive innovation in the traditional blade production model.

Based on the "digital meta platform" control system independently developed by Sany Renewable Energy, combined with new generation technologies such as digital twin, human-machine interconnection, and 5G, it realizes the real-time upload and presentation of data such as the whole production process, process parameters, and technical indicators, and only needs a tablet computer to monitor production indicators in real time, improving factory management efficiency and operational accuracy. At the same time, the Shaoshan plant has successfully promoted a leap in blade manufacturing by virtue of the industry's first six technological innovations, including centralized perfusion, automatic flash cutting, and automatic logistics. On the automated production line, intelligent robots replace manual operations, with the help of laser positioning and AGV, realize automatic distribution of raw materials and automatic operation of multiple processes, and shorten the production period of a single 100-meter-level blade from more than 40 hours to 25 hours.
