Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Award announced, Trinity honor +2!

On September 3, the Provincial Science and Technology Conference and Science and Technology Award Conference were held in Changsha. At the meeting, the decision of the Hunan Provincial People's Government on the 2022-2023 Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Award (including Guangzhao Science and Technology Award) was read out. Among them, Sany participated in the completion of the project and won 1 first prize of Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award, and presided over the completion of the project and won 1 second prize of Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award.

In the project of "Key Technologies and Applications of High-precision Visual Perception and Control of Industrial Manufacturing Robots", Sany cooperated with Hunan University to develop a flexible robotic arm for construction machinery and an industrial manufacturing robot operation system, breaking through key technologies such as robot attitude detection, deformation compensation, trajectory planning and motion control, and developing related systems and equipment such as robotic arm motion control system, robot bevel workstation, multi-robot collaborative coating appearance quality inspection, intelligent vertical warehouse shuttle robot sorting and scheduling. It has increased the throughput capacity of the warehouse by more than 20%, reduced the order completion time by more than 15%, and can support the mixed flexible production of 69 kinds of construction machinery products, meeting the personalized and small-scale customization needs of customers.

The successful promotion of this technology has greatly improved the automation and intelligence level of the factory, and is a representative technology of Sany Changsha No. 18 Factory as the "lighthouse factory" of the global manufacturing industry of the World Economic Forum.

The project research and development is based on the optimization and upgrading of the high strength and stability of the ultra-long boom, and overcomes a series of key technical problems, among which the ultra-synchronous active by-bending control technology, the ultra-long boom system and the telescopic control technology solve the problem of insufficient stiffness of the long boom grouping arm, the boom and the outrigger arm, the luffing cylinder oil storage and hydraulic control technology solve the difficulty that the hydraulic oil tank is too large to meet the requirements of the vehicle layout, and the telescopic column over-lifting anti-lateral wind load crane technology can effectively prevent the side bending and resist the lateral wind load during lifting operations. It can resist wind load capacity in all directions.

Relying on the series of innovative achievements of the project, the SSC1020T, SAC16000S, SAC16000T and SAC18000T series wind power installation wheeled cranes developed are highly respected by customers for their high reliability, ultra-high disassembly and assembly efficiency, transfer efficiency, and leading lifting performance.
