On September 12, the 2nd Container Port Automation Transformation and Development Forum was held in Zhuhai.


The event was hosted by the Container Branch of the China Port Association and co-organized by Sany Offshore. At the forum, Zhang Ruxing, Secretary-General of the Container Branch of the China Port Association, believed that the automation transformation is still in the stage of development and upgrading, and the operation efficiency of the automated terminal after the transformation often lacks explosive power, and it is necessary to solve the problems of efficiency, reliability and how to reduce the rate of manual intervention and improve the control ratio.

So, in the face of various technical bottlenecks, how can Sany Offshore achieve a breakthrough and skillfully solve the "world problem"?

Wang Junxiong, vice president of Sany Offshore Smart Port Machinery Research Institute, said in an interview with People's Daily, Port Circle and other media that the automation efficiency of traditional tire cranes is between 15~16Mov/h. After 2.0 iteration, the actual ship efficiency of Sany H-Move tire crane intelligent transformation system in Tianjin Port Pacific Terminal has been increased to 20Mov/h, comparable to manual work, with an abnormal intervention rate of only 2.78% and an operation ratio of 1:6.

H-Move2.0 tire crane intelligent transformation

The H-Move2.0 system no longer needs the bottom line assistance to open the bottom of the yard, which improves the success rate of the bottom opening and reduces the bottom opening time to less than 25S.

H-Move2.0 integrates GPS, AI vision, 3D scanning and imaging and other technologies to greatly improve the reliability of signals and ensure the safe and high-speed operation of large vehicles, which can exceed 2m/s.

H-Move2.0's digital twin technology predictively simulates the trajectory and position of the container, and the dynamic landing time is shortened from 30 seconds to less than 20 seconds.

The scanning of the H-Move2.0 anti-collision box system extends from Benbei to the entire stacking area, accurately calculates the best optimal running trajectory, and improves the walking efficiency by 20%.

H-Move 2.0 realizes signal multiplexing to increase redundancy, greatly improves reliability, reduces the manual intervention rate to less than 3%, and the number of equipment accidents is 0 in the actual operation of more than 1 million boxes.

In the future, the H-Move system will continue to iterate to 3.0 to achieve a manual intervention rate of less than 1%, achieve the goal of 1 control and 10, and continue to advance to the goal of higher efficiency, making terminal operation and maintenance easier.
