The Pengzhuang Coal Mine Filling and Mining Project includes two parts: the construction of the above-ground paste filling station and the construction of the underground 4305 working face. The paste filling station project covers an area of 36.7 acres, with a designed annual filling capacity of 800,000 tons, and is equipped with a crushing and screening system, a belt transportation system, a storage system, a weighing and mixing filling system, etc., involving 12 unit projects and 23 single buildings. The construction of the underground filling face includes the installation of conventional three-machine support, and how to properly solve the new technical problems such as leakage slurry treatment, anti-falling and anti-skid of the working face, the selection of the scheme of leaving the roadway along the air, the selection of ventilation mode and the drainage scheme.

In order to ensure the progress of the construction, the project team organized special team members to keep an eye on the site, find problems, find solutions, grasp the implementation, ensure the progress, fully coordinate the human and material security measures, and unite to promote the project construction work.

In the face of the tight construction period, heavy tasks, multi-faceted and complex situation, the project party has held many communication meetings and special meetings, and the participating units have also formulated detailed node plans and stage plans around the construction content of the project, decomposed and implemented various tasks, and the personnel of each unit have overcome difficulties and gone all out to ensure that the filling mining construction project is completed on schedule and put into operation smoothly.

After more than three months, the Pengzhuang Coal Mine Filling Station project has entered the final stage.
