In September this year, Chengshan Mine introduced the first coal mine pure water supply system in Northeast China, which has obvious advantages in reducing equipment corrosion and wear, ensuring stable and uniform liquid supply, adapting to different operating environments and accurately controlling liquid supply, which also means that the emulsion used in the mine for many years may enter the "retirement" countdown stage.
Technical principles of the device
Through advanced technologies such as multi-stage filtration and reverse osmosis, impurities and salts in ordinary water sources are removed, and high-purity water is generated as the power source of hydraulic support. This high-purity water can greatly reduce the corrosion and wear of equipment during the liquid supply process. Because impurities in the water are reduced, sediments and limescale that can easily cause damage to equipment are not formed. At the same time, the physical properties of pure water are more stable, which can ensure that the pressure and flow rate of the liquid supply are more uniform, thus improving the stability and reliability of the production process.

After using pure water for liquid supply, the corrosion rate and wear rate of the equipment can be greatly reduced, the maintenance cycle of the equipment can be extended, the service life of the equipment can be significantly improved, and the maintenance cost of the equipment can be greatly saved. With super stability, whether it is under high temperature, high pressure or complex geological conditions, the pure water liquid supply system can operate stably, meet the needs of different operating environments of the mine, effectively reduce the occurrence of liquid supply problems that affect production, and provide a solid guarantee for the orderly production of the mine. Compared with the traditional liquid supply method, it can greatly reduce energy consumption and wastewater discharge, and can meet the requirements of green mine construction. It enables precise control of supply pressure and flow to ensure that the equipment is operating at its best, thereby increasing the productivity of the mine.

In order to ensure the smooth operation of the pure water supply system, Jixi Mining Chengshan Mine organized professional and technical personnel to train in advance and familiarize themselves with the operation and maintenance methods of the system. At present, more than 10 technicians have mastered the operation process of the system, laying a solid foundation for the stable operation of the system. At the same time, the mine has also developed a strict management system to strengthen the daily monitoring and maintenance of the system to ensure that the system is always in good operating condition.
