In order to implement the requirements of the "Work Plan for Pilot Cities of Intelligent Construction in Beijing" (Jing Jianfa [2023] No. 92) and the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and New Building Industrialization in Beijing" (Jing Jianfa [2023] No. 197), a number of major application scenarios that show the cutting-edge innovation achievements of intelligent construction will be created, and a number of technical application solutions with strong innovation, outstanding demonstration effect, replication and promotion will be formed in the field of intelligent construction. After the declaration of each unit and the review of experts, 20 application scenarios such as "Application of Intelligent Construction Technology for Concrete Modular Integrated Building" were determined to be the innovative application scenarios of intelligent construction in Beijing (the first batch), which are hereby announced.
