SCC17000TM-1 Completed the installation of the first onshore 10MW wind turbine in Mingyang

A few days ago, the first 10MW wind turbine of the 1 million kilowatt wind storage base guarantee project of Inner Mongolia Huifeng Energy Urad Houqi was successfully hoisted.

The project is carried out by Inner Mongolia Jinkaiyue New Energy Equipment Installation Co., Ltd. SCC17000TM-1, which undertakes the installation of 22 wind turbines and 10MW wind turbines in the project. Before entering the site, the SCC17000TM-1 had just completed the second phase of the MIP transformation project of the 2.6 million tons/year catalytic unit of Ningxia Petrochemical Company.

The installation is the first onshore 10MW wind turbine in Mingyang, with a total net weight of nearly 800 tons, including 195 tons of engine room, 172 tons of hub fan blades, and 1-5 sections of tower weighing 116 tons/96 tons/72 tons/60 tons/68 tons respectively, and the center height of the hub is 125 meters.

The SCC17000TM-1 adopts the working condition of 132 meters + 12 meters main boom, 460 tons of counterweight (80 tons of central counterweight + 230 tons of rear counterweight + 150 tons of over-lifting counterweight), and successfully completes the hoisting task in a 26-meter operating radius.
