At the beginning of June 2024, Sany Pile Truck launched this year's service inspection action.

The high temperature in summer is a frequent period of equipment failure, and the working environment of the rotary drilling drill is often accompanied by a large amount of dust, which will affect the heat dissipation of the hydraulic oil and coolant of the equipment if the situation is serious. Based on this phenomenon, Liu Zhun, service engineer of Sany Pile Driver Central China Branch, carried out a series of inspection activities on the equipment in the area.

When an SR155 was inspecting Wanlixing, the operator reported that high temperature alarms often appeared during the construction of the drilling rig recently. Upon inspection, it was found that the built-in dust filter of the radiator was blocked by catkins and dust, and the operator did not notice this detail.

The engineer immediately dismantled the dust filter to clean it, tested the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, tightened the engine belt, and reminded the customer of the precautions. In the follow-up return visit, the customer said that the problem of high temperature of the equipment did not appear again.
