In order to achieve the goal of overseas sales of 10 billion yuan as soon as possible, the Heavy Equipment Division officially launched the "Creation 100 Plan", which aims to improve the skill level of overseas front-line marketing and service personnel through systematic and targeted training measures, promote the transfer of domestic talents to overseas, enhance overseas strength, and provide customers with better services.
On November 12, 2024, the Heavy Equipment Division ushered in the first course of the "Creation 100 Plan" to expand international vision. The course was delivered by Mr. Deng Wenxu, General Manager of Sany Heavy Equipment Overseas Marketing Company, with the theme of "Overseas Marketing Wins the Market, Establishes Brands, Consolidates Bases, and Creates Growth Poles". More than 100 young cadres, excellent project managers and employees of relevant departments from the Heavy Equipment Division gathered offline and online to witness this important moment.
At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Liu Shengli, the supervisor of human resources, introduced the background and significance of the "Creation 100 Plan" in detail, and emphasized the importance of expanding international vision. He pointed out that in today's globalization, only with an international vision can we better grasp the market dynamics and provide customers with more accurate and efficient services.

Subsequently, Mr. Deng Wenxu made a comprehensive review of overseas sales and products from 2018 to 2023 around the theme, and deeply analyzed the development trend and competition situation of overseas markets. He introduced the basic situation of the overseas market in 2024 in detail, and shared the business goals, strategies and measures for 2025-2027. Through vivid cases and specific data, Mr. Deng Wenxu gave the participants a deeper understanding of the characteristics and challenges of overseas markets, and stimulated everyone's enthusiasm and confidence to participate in overseas markets.
